This was going to be, the northern most continent, but the plans changed

This place is unreal, five stones and a shaded cone, nothing is like it

These two are trouble, always stirring up secrets, they never grow leaves

The three distant cones, guard the most valuable pearl, they cannot see you

The perfect neighbors, they never make a ruckus, until the wind blows

Stones float through sometimes, they travel in quite large herds, close your eyes to see

Slender leaves drooping, sway in misty atmosphere, the Cache La Poudre

Panoramic views, sadly you cannot live here, nothing is living

Oh man there is this, most majestic waterfall, near my grandfather

Mountains colliding, smashing with heaving layers, the earth uprising

Monumental dirt, who grows against gravity, these earthly thresholds

Miraculous orb, radiance of unseen light, be healed in the stream

Let’s go explore here, seems like a good idea, perhaps we’ll find gold

Yes there is a place, where the winter never ends, it is just snow piles

If we all had eyes, wrapping all around our heads, we could see way more

Glaciers bleed their blood, but it is okay because, you can drink it up

Fresh mountain breeze please, wafty nuggets of good scent, actually smells

Forest filled beyond, eyes fail to comprehend it, see more scraggly trees

Crevasses galore, yes bottomless crevasses because, falling forever

Cracked mountain breaks, perpetual spring valley, no human has tread

Abundant bear scat, teeming with the mosquitoes, my skin crawls like grass

A magical place, where aphids flow like water, it's not a river

The place of wonder, fluid flows over my skin, unceasing snowmelt

A log as fallen, must we mourn with compunction, or let this one slide

A very dead tree, overlooking a bunch of, those still living here
